This game will forever be known to me as "The game I never grew up with that I wish I HAD grown up with..." XD

I'm figuring wrong by whatever stretch give or take, but this game came out around the time back when a lot of old animes were airing on TV - animes loved by cult fans everywhere, like "Ronin Warriors," and "VOLTRON!!!"

Every time I look at the art style in it (not what you can see on the box art in these video links, but in the actual game cutscenes), I just get a huge old-school anime vibe, and am reminded of the days back when anime wasn't so hugely popular over here in the states, but was still around here on old channels like the Sci-fi Channel. <3

Now for some reason, I am reminded of "Project A-ko..." |3
