I need your help, please I dun want to go to jail. T.=.T

yesterday I have gotten a letter and a giro from the police... It stated that for joy-riding and causing a minor car-accident and some more, I will have to pay them 450 Euro's within the next week, or 650 Euro's within 4 weeks (including administration costs and penalty costs for not paying it within 1 week)... And thing is: My real-life twin brother had done that, but as The police came by he said to them that I did it. And seeing as our general description is pretty much the same... The police believed him.. ANd I can not prove that it was not me, seeing as I do not hae any RL family & RL friends that can testify that I was at home at the time... My dad was still working & I dun have any friends that came that day that my RL twin brother did this... TT.=.TT

But unfortunately that means I still an 250 euro's to gather this week. TT.=.TT The letter said that if I dun get the money together before next Friday, or 450 euro's before Friday the 28th...or they will be arresting me and I'll be put into jail for a whole week + will get a criminal record... All thanks to what my RL twin brother did to me and what he will be getting away with...

Dear lord...what the fucking hell! I swear if I was there I would totally knock that asshole out.Challenge the police to compare your fingerprints to those found in the car your twin drove. They will find his in there and not yours.
Then it's case closed and no more worries for you!
(2) unless the law changed recently and no one told me, they belong to the EU and the law isn't much different. They still have a criminal justice system... I researched it a while ago lookin to work abroa in my field. Fingerprints are still his best bet at proving his innocence and and lawyer will who's good at his job will agree with me.
But what :grizsylverwing: said, hes right, you shoudl challenge the police to compare your fingerprints to those in the car that your twin drove.
He deserves to pay for the crime that HE commited, not you.
