D; I live in Maryland and would be happy to grab an apartment with you, but I'm also in college in Florida for the time being, so there's that little hiccup too. I've got several friends in the Long Beach area, I'll ask around for you. Also, check out craigslist, there's usually a few decent listings for living arrangements.
I myself am looking for an apartment and a roommate or two, if you're interested in a more long-term arrangement at some point, and wouldn't mind living in the IE (Ontario, Riverside, Loma Linda, etc).
