PhD Student/Stuffs

With the college season underway. I've been rather pre-occupied with the choice of doing my PhD. After completing and pretty much acing the second master. I am still some-what nervous about the choice of doing it. In my own words,
"I really rather do it now, and risk the financial loss to be paid back, rather then not doing and risk losing all my assets to unemployment, due to the current economic climate"
The head of my department is worried about where this PhD may lead me, as the more I move up in the world (i.e amount of letters after my name) the more daunting it is for a future employer to even assess me. In his words.
"I'd really consider looking abroad."
Which will become more inevitable in late October after more budget cuts come in apparently according to the news. Will be one of the worst budgets ever.
Which does not shine any more light on a dull and dismal situation regarding my choice to do this course has meant projects and stories are all temporarily going to take longer to be written and even if written may not be submitted.
Alas, i guess a ranting rhino should not rant on too long
The upside
I get to go back to college make some more friends, hours aren't harsh but make for very long weeks including my work hours which now go forward to after college.
So makes for more time out of the house meeting new and old friends and catching up with them.
Gives me more time to analyse my current situation here in Ireland, and furthermore may or may not help with the aboard decision.
Alas I will keep writing and what not. Just excuse submissions being late or sparse on my end

Oh Ps. FC 2013 is canceled on my end, due to research time for my PhD. maybe next year.
