TOS:
My Responsibilities:
-I am to provide prompt responses to any notes or emails I receive in regards to paid commissions.
-I am to keep the commissioner informed of any delays that may occur due to life circumstances. (NOTE: I am not the fastest artist due to illness, please keep this in mind)
-I am to complete artworks commissioned as they are agreed upon between myself and the commissioner.
-If an agreement cannot be reached, I am to offer a refund if payment has been made, minus what amount of money I deem to be the equivalent to the time I spent on the commission.

My Rights:
-While I am happy to make modifications to a commission in progress as requested, I reserve the right to cease making modifications when I deem it unnecessary.
-I reserve the right to refuse to draw certain subjects/fetishes. Just ask though, I’m usually open


By commissioning me you are thereby agreeing to not use Paypal's payment dispute/chargeback system. If you want a refund, it will be done with a MUTUAL AGREEMENT only.

Bargain Bin
Type A): Name your price range and we will discuss what sort of artwork I am willing to give you for that range. Keep in mind price range must be above 5$, and depending on the price/work commissioned you will get the best artwork for that price range.
Type B)15$
You give me what you want, either references, written descriptions but you do NOT name the preferred pose or image type. These are creative licence pieces. They will range anywhere from full body shaded sketches to colored, painted headshots, icon packs, chibi packs and so forth. It depends on the idea I get for your art.

Creature Creation!

You will get a full body colored image of the creature, a detailed greyscale painting of the head of said creature, as well as the sketches and thumbnails.
Think of these of custom adoptables. You name the specie types you want it to look like, colors, eyes, everything and I tailor it to you. Once Im finished all rights of the specie belong to you.
