...I know you're smiling down on us now... in a much better place... no longer wracked by the pains of this world... your spirit, forever living on through all of us... your undying spirit, exuberant for friendship and the joys of life and this wonderful fandom, bringing smiles to so many faces through your fursuiting...

...and to think, that less than a month ago... if only I'd known... if only the foresight was there that that would be the last time we'd greet each other... I had been so despondent... so out-of-touch... I didn't even know you were at MFM... I had heard that you were there, and you wanted to say hi to me... I remember the happiness I felt when I found out you were there... when we met and hugged there... you brought a smile to my face even then... you seemed so content and at home... surrounded by friends there... I'm just thankful... honored... to have been one of them... that our paths crossed in this life...

...and I am certain that our paths shall cross again in the next...
