An orange feline femboy, but with snow white (since I rarely get to see white in a Halloween picture) fur on his inner thighs, tip of the tail, abdomen, chest and lower muzzle. Instead of a long thin feline tail he has a long and fairly fluffy tail. To get some of the black into the picture he has some black markings on his tail, lines going the length of the tail to the white tip of his tail.

He has rings on the orange areas of his fur similar to a cheetah (can't remember the name of these), he has large ones, and some smaller ones. The actual ring part is black, while the inside is a darker shade of orange. His eyes a piercing lime/neon green to have the full ensemble of Halloween colors. Tip of the ears are black. As for outfit, being a femboy a cute witch outfit wouldn't look too bad, but I think something more pumpkin-based would be neater. A harness of some sort on the torso. Think something like http://buylagarto.com/images/x-harn.....elt-mockup.jpg but instead of a bland ring in the center a pumpkin. Since it'd be over the white fur maybe orange in color like a normal pumpkin? Although white straps and black pumpkin wouldn't look bad either (plenty of color combinations with that and you being more artistically inclined most likely would know better).

As for legs, some simple stockings might do or continue with the harness idea? Adding to the pumpkin idea a bracelet around his tail near the white tip with a pumpkin on it. There's always jewelry like some pumpkin earrings as well~ Arm stockings would also be nice

Another outfit choice would be just a witch outfit :3 which would still be awesome, and it would make him a pumpkin witch!

Or perhaps it could be pressed against a wall of a building from the outside while a guard is passing by a window. Having that idea then maybe the window could be shot by either him or the guard or he could break the wall purposely to stab the guard or pull him out.

Hrmm... I was thinking it could be off focus or the shattered glass would cover the guard enough (depends really if you just draw it recieving a shot or he's actually being thrown out or whatever you can think could happen). In any case, if it has to be anyone specific I don't have a character that would look well in a guard, paramilitary or mafia outfit so perhaps you can add a random character or ask someone if they want to. I'd assume the payment.

I have an idea that would go with a short story. Two characters, hallowe'en themed, with a crossdressing witch and an orange tabby cat.

The cat would have gotten lost in the woods on the way to a hallowe'en party. After stumbling around for a while, he attracts the attention of a witch hiding in the trees, who curses him. The witch magically ties up the cat with the remnants of his Egyptian mummy costume, and gets the cat to perform fellatio.

Oh hey, I actually came up with an idea, not a silly joke one.

First character is a male orange furred cat, with his chest carved to look like a jack-o-lantern; not much to see internally cause he looks hallowed-out like a pumpkin (explanation is magic) but you can see his ribcage through the eyes, and a big grin on both his faces. He has his back against, and is being held up by, character #2, me, who is a male black furred cat with cute demonic accents like horns, a red spade on his furred tail that somehow manages not to look dumb, and fangs biting into the orange cat's shoulder. The black cat is balls deep in the orange one, with an internal "cum"-shot visible through the mouth of the "jack-o-lantern", but instead of bodily fluids, it's a reasonably sized gout of flame illuminating the orange cat for the festivities of all.

I hope that's simple enough, and not too icky to draw. I think it's cute :3c I'll take it elsewhere if its not done here. No stealing! D: jk
