TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CURRENCY COMMISSIONS
1. I, The artist reserve the right to be treated like a human being.
2. I, The artist reserve the right to refuse a commission.
3. I, The artist require full payment (VIA PAYPAL/USD) before commission is started. (exceptions do apply)
4. I, The artist reserve the right to cancel commission(s) due to difficult customer/party/situation. (If this DOES occur only partial payment will be returned based on how much time and work has been put into product. And unfinished product will be sent to customer. (if customer paid for shipping of product, product will be shipped and shipping fee will be kept) Hence forth all future dealing with customer/party will be blocked) This may also include a PIMA fee, for rude, hard to work with or difficult customers, of and up to 60% of the current original commission price.
5. I, The artist reserve the right to participate in refunds under normal circumstances. (Exceptions do apply)
6. I, The artist reserve the right to deny altercations after finalized/agreed upon commission. (Meaning after pre-sketch I will not alter anything else)
7. I, The artist reserve the right to not show art progress till finalized piece. (Exception do apply)
8. I, The artist reserve the right to not be held accountable for any copyrighted or stolen character designs given to me by commissioner to draw. (Unless I am aware personally that it is a copyrighted character or stolen character design which at that point will be reported)
9. I, The artist reserve the right to charge a PIMA fee of and up to 60% to any commission based on rudeness, difficulty to work with, or other was aggravating behavior of a commissioner and their treatment of me as the artist. ( This follows along the first rule, or being treated fairly and like a human being, not your personal slave to boss around, cuss at, demean or act rude towards for not following my rules or my refusal to answer personal questions)
10. YOU as the commissioner MUST HAVE permission from the character owner(s) to be used in any commission.
11. YOU as the commissioner have the right to repost any commission that I have done for you as long as you link back to both original image and artist profile page.
12. YOU as the commissioner are REQUIRED to notify me if there is a DUE DATE for commission. (Rush fees apply for priority commissions)
13. YOU as the commissioner may NOT in anyway or form alter the commission I have done for you.
This includes the following:
- Drawing over
- Add ins (This includes anything that is on my WILL NOT/NEVER list)
- Coloring (Exceptions do apply, please inquire)
- Removal of signature or parts of picture
13. I, The Artist reserve the right to refuse commissions with the following topics:
- Scat
- Watersport
- Gore
- Copyrighted Characters
- Underage play
- Rape or Force (such as using a person's character without permission or using someone else's character for their own)
- Copy/Trace specifics (Altercated version are open but will NOT be exactly the same)
- Over abundant appendages and characters that are just TOO EXCESSIVE IN EVERYTHING!
- Father/Daughter Incest (This is a BIG NOPE!)
- Brutal Bondage
