TERMS OF SERVICE FOR BARTERING/TRADE
1. If you are bartering/trading I reserve the right to not begin YOUR commission till item is received and determined in the condition agree upon.
2. If item is not in condition agreed upon, you are REQUIRED to pay any additional fees to return item to sender. If this DOES occur the agreement of trade of art for item is null and void.
3. You as the sender are responsible for sent item, if item fails to arrive within estimated window of shipping/receiving or NOT at all, the agreement of art for goods is null and void. See #4.
4. If item does show up after the fact of estimated window of shipping/receiving, you will be contacted and notified of the arrival of item(s) in it’s agreed upon condition thus commencing the barter completion for service/goods.
5. Additional requirements may be inquired during negotiations.
