jdpuppy has a problem with his neck that makes it painful to hold his arm in some needful positions. (It was painful to lift at all, but it got a little better.) The neck problem is serious and will get worse again without treatment. He needs a chiropractor to fix it -- and other treatment as well -- and it's going to cost him about $4,000 altogether over the course of treatment.
