On Emerald the the fur is glued.

Oo All of the headfur is ? Maybe that can save me kinda ;P U see mom insists I should sew it, but some ppl glue it and it still looks nice (Unless u ment gluing into place.

But yeah will make the jaw separate instead ^^

Not quite sure what Templa has done with Jade, but looks she has first furred the lower jaw and the clue the edges of the fur on the cheek, neck and the lower jaw together so it doesn't have gap/ looks like it's one piece.

No, it doesn't hold that good after what I understand from Q. Doesn't mean it doesn't work, but might not work if you gonna use the suit a lot.

Hmmmm. ANy ideas where to get or do u thik it will work if I After I've glued it sew it into the foam ?

Seems like Jade is only glued in the face, but if you also sew around the areas that might be subject for excessive movement I think it should be fine. But I have never build a suit so I can't 100% guarantee it will work/hold, but I will be surprised if it doesn't.
