CUSTOMER FEEDBACK!
Alrighty, so I wanted to make a customer feedback journal for some time. The reason being I want to know what I can do from time to time to either improve my own art and service that I provide. But not only that, to give other potential customers an idea what it's like to work with me, and what have you.
Don't worry about being nice about it either, If you felt I wronged you in some way, didn't like how things worked out, or even hated the piece of art that I made for you, please let me know! Or if you absolutly loved everything then I'll be happy to hear it! I may not show it much, but I really depend on the opinions of others.
Some Categories to Consider:
Professionalism/Communication: How were my responses and handling of your commission?
Quailty of Work: Was the work I did for you up to your expectations, and did you like it? If not, was there something specific about it that you didn't like?
Timely Completion of Work: Was the time it took to complete your commission done in good time?
Prices: Do you think my prices are fair for the quailty of work you recieved?
Other Comments: Anything else you'd like to add?

You can simply rate this on a 1-10 scale (1= It sucked, 10= It was awesome)
