Adoptable Lost Eggs!!

What are Egg Adoptables?
Original character concepts you can use for your personal (non-profit/ non-commercialized) entertainment only! Where you only purchase the “hint” on what it’ll look like, so the final form of the character will be a surprise until I deliver the hatched form! All commercial (profit, distribution, etc) rights belong to me alone. Filling out the form and sending payment, acts as your contractual agreement to these terms.
Batch 001 - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9134488/
The Eggs - Basically an “egg” form of the final character. You purchase these without knowing what the full character will look like when hatched: which is why I charge so little for them.
Hatched - Is the fully formed character design you purchased. The only clue you have to how it will look like, is the “egg”.

Adoptable FAQ:
Can I choose/ adopt more than one?
One selection per form. You can fill out a form for each available adopt if you want; but you will only be allowed to take home ONE.
Can I customize an adoptable when ordering?
NO. You cannot customize a hatched egg beyond what is allowed on the online form. Can’t tell me to add horns, make a huge penis, etc. DO NOT ASK. You’ll only annoy the fuck out of me.
When/ where can I adopt an egg?
Eggs are available whenever I post a batch in my DeviantArt or FurAffinity gallery. There is no precise date or time, but if they do well I’ll generally post them once a week or so. Sometimes I’ll post a warning of some kind in a journal. PLEASE do not ask when I’ll be posting.
Can I request a revision or any small altercations?
NO. No revisions, no preliminaries. What I create is what you get. But feel free to change whatever you like on your own time: whenever you draw or commission the character from someone else (or me).
How much to Adopts cost?
It varies with each batch; but generally it’s about $25 for one egg [flat color hatch], which is a steal since you're getting an original piece of art rather than a cookie cutter recolored base like most adoptables. You will see the cost on the egg batch submission and the online form. Also on the form, you can purchase add-ons, like clothes (which you also have no say on).
$20 is too much for a drawing of an egg! You shouldn't charge for these! They should be free! **whine whine whine bitch bitch bitch mope mope mope!!!**
Okay, considering what I normally charge for commissions and the fact that I rely on my art to LIVE, I'm practically GIVING these away! By complaining about the price, you're pretty much telling me that my art isn't worth $20 for me to eat. That simply isn't fair. Keep rude comments like this to yourself because they'll be hidden.
How do I purchase an egg when you finally post a batch?
An online form will be available in both the batch sheet and its submission description box. The only way to purchase is through that form. I ignore all inquiries which ignore that obvious fact.
How do I pay?
Through the paypal invoice I send to you, that’s how you know you won the egg (more info below). Payment must be made within 4 hours of receiving the invoice. Otherwise I will have to cancel, and offer it to the next person of interest.
What are my rights to the design?
More info below, but to summarize; You’re free to use the design as your own for personal (non-profit) entertainment. I retain all rights (profit, publication, mass production, etc) for the base design and any resulting design that I believe are LESS than 50% different from my base design. I encourage you to use this design as a jump off point for a design of your own; which I must agree is MORE than 50% different than the original for you to retain all rights for yourself (though mentioning me as your base would be appreciated). You must get my verdict on the resulting new design before you use it for commercial endeavors.
I don’t own the full rights, so what do I do if I want to use your original design for a commercial endeavor?
You may lease the character from me for a period of time, then renew said contract when needed. Each leasing term will involve a contract and a leasing fee before you may take hold of the rights. You can only ask for a leasing agreement for the character you purchased yourself. I CANNOT lease out a character you did not purchase, it is in your best interest to NEVER ask such a thing from me.
Tips:
- Please do not email or note me adopting outside the online form; Doing so will let me know you didn’t read the info or you assume I’ll make an exception, and that will make me not want to work with you. PLEASE READ THE INFO.
- Look through the online form before asking any questions.
- Please don’t rush the form; if something is wrong, like you forgot to add your paypal email, typed beyond the limit, or forgot the @ in the username portion, etc., I’ll skip you and accept the next one interested in the adopt you choose.
- Don’t let the adoption names fool you; what may appear cute and feminine, may in fact be harsh and male.
- Some eggs have hints, some don’t. Please don’t ask for hints.
- You’ll get a hi-res 300dpi jpg of the hatched version of your adoption.
- To see your total price, you can add up each selection you make.
- You choose the gender and inspiring species. NO further customization allowed.
Reminder:
- You must have funds available BEFORE submitting the form. NO HOLDS.
- You will get an invoice within a day or so after submitting the form. If you don’t receive the invoice within 2 days, then your choice has already been taken.
- Payment must be made within 4 days after you get the invoice. Otherwise, I may have to cancel and put the adoptable back on the market.
- Your hatched adoption art will be due ONE WEEK after I receive your payment.
- Report back to the Adoption batch submission to see which is available.
- The “hatched” design includes flat coloring which corresponds with your chosen adoption.
- The character will be a species of my own making; which may or may not have a full muzzle. But you can control just how much their animal side shows.
- I will post all sketches in my gallery AFTER I email you the hi-res. Feel free to post it in your own gallery (with proper link credit please), and using the character as your own.
Concerning your new character:
-Because these designs are meant as base designs where you use it as a jump off point for a design of your own, I retain all rights (profit, publishing, etc) for the original base design up to a design I, think that has LESS than 50% difference. I must believe the design you make from my base design is MORE than 50% different from my base if you want to retain all rights. Filling out the form, and making a payment, means you agree to the terms on this page and the online form.
-If it’s not too much trouble, please credit me (with a link) as the designer of your new character.
-If having someone else work with said character, please have that person credit me as the designer as well. (not mandatory, but it’ll be greatly appreciated.)
-Both of the above is for promotional reasons, to spread the word about my services.
-I highly encourage you use your new character, make up a story, have other artist draw them, etc. If it’s not too much trouble, please note or email me links. I’d love to see them.
-Feel free to change whatever you want on the character, it’s yours after all.
-We share re-posting, and duplicating rights. All other rights, profit, publishing, etc., remains with me alone. By ordering this service, you agree to everything concerning it: this info page, the online form, etc..

"Email Address * Used for invoice delivery, all correspondence and hi-res file delivery."
I wouldn't be using a credit card but paypal funds, how exactly would that work?
"If using a credit card, simply input the email you'll provide in your paypal invoice payment. THIS MUST MATCH YOUR PAYMENT. If it does not, then I will refund and put the adoptable back on the market. I will not warn or inquire you about it."
I do not mean to be rude but you'd might want to make that a bit more clear for users like me that use two different email addresses - one for correspondence and one just for Paypal.
Something like this maybe?
"Email Address * Used for all correspondence and hi-res file delivery."
Example would be Joefur[at]email.com
"Paypal / Payment Address: * Used for invoice delivery. If using a credit card, simply input the email you'll provide in your paypal invoice payment. THIS MUST MATCH YOUR PAYMENT. If it does not, then I will refund and put the adoptable back on the market. I will not warn or inquire you about it."
