He's (I picture a bull or stallion here, but he could be some other species) nude and bent over with his head and arms being held in a pillory. His legs are bound, held apart. He isn't moving anywhere and is most vulnerable. The view is from behind him and off to the side. He could be, and perhaps should be gagged. There is a sign, saying to play with or hurt his balls. Maybe it's on him ("Play with my balls."? "Make my balls hurt - bad!"?) Nearby are several toys and tools. Things like crops, floggers, hot muscle creams, needles, electric cattle prod/hot shot, clamps, and vices. No need to limit the selection to what I just listed.
