FREE CHIBIS AND ART RAFFLE! [3 slots left!]

So, I'm opening up my free chibi flats again!
Same as before, opening up four slots. One slot per person. Only difference is that I'm closing them for the first week to new entries only. After that, if there are still slots left unfilled, I'll open them up to those who got one last time.

What I WILL draw:
-Females
-Males
-Ferals
-Naughty Bits
-Chubby/Plump characters
What I WON'T draw:
-Straight-up porn
-Copyrighted characters (Sonic, Pokemon, MLP, etc.)
-Overly complex/mecha/fat characters
I know this is a very barren list, so please don't be afraid to ask if you're not sure!

Remember those Touhou Cosplay Flats I was selling (and still am)? Well, I'm going to raffle off a slot for free!
These drawings are colored flats with a simple background of your characters dressed up in one of the many elaborate outfits from the Touhou Project.

To simplify things, The raffle will only cover costumes from one game. If this catches on, I'll do a raffle for each game. Starting from 6 and eventually moving up through 13.
This round's game is Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Costume choices are:
Rumia
Daiyousei
Cirno
Hong Meiling
Koakuma
Patchouli Knowledge
Sakuya Izayoi
Remilia Scarlet
Flandre Scarlet
Reimu Hakurei (EoSD outfit - farthest left)
Marisa Kirisame (EoSD outfit - farthest left)
The winner will get to choose from the above costumes to put their character in.
TO ENTER:
1) Make a journal advertising this one (I doubt anyone will enter, otherwise!)
2) Post a comment here giving your character's name, ref, and your costume of choice. I will respond with a number, and throw all of the entries in a random number generator. I will also screencap this so that people will know I'm not cheating.
3) Also, to make sure you've read the rules, add "Popsicles" somewhere in your post. Don't have to use it in a sentence, just leave it in your post.
The drawing for the winner has been extended to 12:00 Midnight, CST, December 10, 2012.
I'll only allow female characters to enter this raffle for simplicity's sake. Aside from that, all other guidelines from the free chibi slots apply here as well. Again, if you're not sure about a character, just ask!

This is Teressa Fleetwood. She's some sort of purple crane that I haven't really finalized the design of yet. She turns into a super hero phoenix at night and fights crime. Do ya think you could come up with a super suit for her?
