Commissions TOS

Contact Information: Note me here on FA or email me at Miss-ink@live.com, Miss-ink@gmail.com. I will also provide the commissioner my skype name if necessary.
By purchasing a commission from me, you acknowledge you have read and understand my Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, with or without any prior notification. I reserve the right to refuse any client at my own discretion.
What I Will Draw: Females, males, Transgenders, Femboys, Clean cub, Humans, Furries, Ferals (although not my strongest point), chubby gals/guys, Mature themes, anything that isn't on my wont draw list lol. Feel free to ask, I do not bite.
What I Will Not Draw: Hyper. Adult cub, inflation, Fan-art/exclusive/copyright/trademarked characters (unless you have a fan character like a pokemon fursona), scat, watersports, guro
My Commissioning Process:
If you wish to commission me, please contact me via note, comment on journal or email with details of what you would like for a quote. Please include character references in your message so I will know what character I will be drawing along with what subject matter. I am a growing artist with limited skills that relies on inspiration so if I feel I can’t do your commission correctly, I will decline.
I reserve the right to turn down a commission at my own discretion. If I do turn you down, I apologize ahead of time.
All details and all references must be provided before I start working on your piece. This includes pose references if you have a specific idea in mind!
You will receive a number of work-in-progress images depending on the complexity of your commission. A low-resolution [roughly 500x500 in size], watermarked approval sketch will be shown for any commission; once it is approved, I require payment in-full. I will not work on your image any further until I receive payment.
You are allowed a maximum of 2 free changes to the initial approval sketch; any extra changes require a small fee. Once the sketch is approved, I will no longer be able to make any major edits.
You will be shown the line art and flat colored stages when purchasing anything over a sketch. You are allowed 2 minor changes to each of these stages, including but not limited, to adding small features such as horns, adjusting wings or marking/color edits.
Note: The file I will send you will be a 1280 x 1280 Resolution; I will only upload the 1000 x 1000 Resolution file. If you want a higher resolution, feel free to tell me =)
Payment:
All of my prices are in USD. I accept payment through PayPal. I do not accept payments in the form of cash, check, or money order.
For all of my art, please send all payments as “services”. When sending payment, PLEASE make no mention of details of the commission or FurAffinity in the payment request message. You may put something general like "For the art commission" or "For the icon commission" in the message. You may also state your screen name in the message, however, I would prefer you merely tell me when you have sent payment along with what email the payment will be coming from via note here on site.
If you prefer, I can have invoices/payment requests sent to you instead.
Usage:
I hold all commercial rights to my artwork. Purchasing a commission from me does not give you commercial rights to an image. I reserve the right to redistribute your commission as I see fit, however, I will approach you as the commissioner beforehand to ask if you are comfortable with me using your artwork in any public way (ex: Printing for distribution at a convention or online.)
That being said, I have a non removal policy. I do not remove any artwork for any reason but my own. What you need to understand is that the art I do for commissions I also use to not only advertise for future commissions, but to display my skill levels as well.
If you have a problem with this, then please DO NOT commission me.
All copies of an image sent to you are for personal use only. Personal use includes but is not strictly limited to cropping for use as an icon or avatar, printing with NO intention to sell, and providing it to other artists as reference. You are free to redistribute the work in your own personal gallery so long as I am credited as the artist. Commercial redistribution is forbidden.
(Note: I will sign/watermark ALL my artwork where it won’t be a disturbance to the image)
Refunds:
At any time during the commissioning process, either you as the commissioner or I as the artist may choose to terminate the transaction for any reason.
If I terminate the commission, a full refund will always be given.
If you terminate the commission, full refunds may only be issued if I have not started work. If significant progress has already been made, I reserve the right to keep full or partial payment for time and effort as well as the amount of any materials that may have been purchased towards your commission, if any.
No refunds will be issued for completed work.
I hold all rights to the image if a transaction is called off. For example, if I have already provided you with an approval sketch or line art of a fully rendered commission and you decide to call off the transaction, I hold all rights to the image. You may NOT upload the pieces to your gallery or any other place online. I reserve the right to redistribute the art/pose/general character as a previously sketched commission or adoptable [I will first modify the character heavily before putting it up for adoption.] to another interested party.
What I promise:
-I promise to work quickly, efficiently and professionally.
-I promise to keep communication with you and notify you about anything
-I promise to give you 1-2 WIPS of your commission based on what it is
-I promise to do my best and try my best as far as my skills can go
Please do not be afraid to ask me questions!
