Well this remedy general for cat with hairballs to allow the lubrication and help get that out the other end, Vasaline aka Peterolum jelly is good for. Also for shining up my metal snare drum. Good luck with your poor kitty.

Is she eating yet? And did the vet do xrays?

Shes eaten, though not much, and went to the litter pretty heavy. No blood as far as I can see, some string, and no xrays. He didn't want to wait on that, but I didn't have the money for it... x.x so... I'm just hoping shes gonna be okay.

If she is bringing up blood and the like, probably best to take her to the vet.

Regardless of the cost it could be causing the cat a lot of distress.
