Some would volunteer, I'm sure.
The castratix from Bad Idea #5 is back again. Now she has a few (or more than a few) eager volunteers offering themselves up for whatever she might do to them. They could be speaking, "Me!" "I do!" "Geld me, please!" "...and make it hurt! Bad!" and such. Or it could all be silent with waves and happy volunteering. Perhaps the not so symbolic offering of balls (held somewhat cupped in open hands, to suggest being offered) or the offering of a leash that goes to a collar on the neck of the scrotum.

There's no reason there couldn't be both the body-langauge and spoken offerings. Sometimes the spoken seems to make thing more plain or work better, but speech balloons (or thought bubbles) can detract from the image by getting in the way.
