We don't have a place to live. We need funds for shelter.

Sorry if the title seems a bit pathetic, but it's as truthful as I can get.
We're almost desperate for finances right now. Our roomates, who helped us move from New Mexico to here, WA state, have suddenly bailed on us before we could settle down here. We have only a handful of friends, and we don't have any place to go within the state. Seriously, this could be bad for us.
I'm taking commissions of all kinds. From web design commissions, graphical art commissions, to anthro art commissions. I also do computer hardware and software repair. Locally I am a rolling mechanic and a carpenter. I have many talents, and I would like to put them to good use to raise money so we can find a new place to live. Right now we're technically not even supposed to be here. Management is allowing us to stay until the 5th, and after that, we have no where to go. Our roomates bailed on us after we spent a large bonus paycheck on Christmas stuff and a new car suddenly, so we have almost nothing right now.
We found a place that we've set our sights on that is a little house for $665 a month. Problem is they tack on $600 deposit, $350 for a pet deposit, and the first month's -total- rent, which is another $665. The rent does not include utilities, which will average out another $120. Total, the move in would be about $1,500-1,600. We simply do not have that kind of money, and no way to suddenly get ahold of that kind of finances. By the 5th, if we save up both of our paychecks without spending a single dime on ANY thing (Not even gas, food, etc), we may have $900-980. Clearly that won't be enough to move in.
Again, we do not have shelter. We have no place to go. We desperately need help in this very desperate, difficult time. If you have even $5 to spare, please commission me for anything, or maybe even donate it.

A 5 year old has been playing with it.. so not entirely sure what he might have done to it.

What's so strange to me is how I know almost none of these people who are giving me all these kind words of support, yet it doesn't matter to them. They want to help. I've never in my life seen so much support in person or by experience.

And yeah, Christmas being around the corner and all...it was horrible timing. Roomates knew we were getting all these things, and the new car, and waited literally on the DAY we got the car to tell us. Literally came home all excited, then the wanted to talk, and bam. We were told to move out.
It's depressing to think about though...I was going to try and visit my family for the first time in two years back home in Louisiana...and especially since my mom has had some very hard times lately. I feel like a terrible son not being able to be there literally for her. And we were gonna have our first Christmas, Limi and I, but that's life. Something always changes, and nothing ever really goes to plan.

Do you do any kind of glass blowing? I've been needing a cover to a vase that has dried lilies from my friend's wedding. They're starting to deteriorate because they're in an open casing.

i've got some... interesting mental issues, I tend to always think everyone is upset with me and it sends me into huge panics.. i.. er.. cried, for a few days after the last time i talked to you. I just remember it as being traumatic, and figured you hated me. ^^;
I'd like to meet you guys sometime too, though i'd probably just cower in a corner, thats how i am irl. people make me nervous/scare me.
Well, I hope we can move on from that. I'm willing if you are~ And I live south of Seattle in Puyallup. Maybe sometime you could come over?
No need to feel bad, I just have some stupid anxiety issues. ^^; I've just been terrified you held it against me. I move on from "events" easily, its just the people involved that i worry about afterwards.
