DA RULES!
1) I will be paying for a 2 character picture, which will include my character and who ever wins.
2) You must be watching HIM! (Not me, I wouldn't mind a watch in the process, but it is not required.)
3) You must have a REFERENCE PICTURE OF YOUR CHARACTER. Doesn't have to be a reference sheet, but a picture already drawn up of your character. You will need more than just a description.
4) You must post a journal announcing about the raffle, along with a reference picture in the comment section below.
5) I will get you a number once I have verified you are watching him and have met all of the previous requirements.
6) I will be picking the number via random number generator on Tuesday after the raffle ends.
7) Once the winner is picked, I will contact the winner. The winner MUST contact me back within 24 hours, or else I will choose another person! Once we both have contacted each other, we will then begin discussing details of the picture.
8) SENDING ME A NOTE ASKING FOR ME TO JUST PICK THEIR CHARACTER WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION OF THE RAFFLE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

RAFFLE WILL END ON MONDAY DECEMBER 24th AT 11:59PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.
