Holiday Mircle life just got really interesting last nite...

So i was heading home for Christmas and my friend was driving me and we where chatting away having a nice drive..
then we lost control.. the van veered right then hard left we lost her and she brought up and started to fly,
1 2 3 rolls all the while the world was spinning around me..
glass from the passenger side window shattering around me cutting my hands and making it difficult to hold on.
then the 2nd roll we hit hard on the passenger side my head impacting the roof or maby the ground it was hard to tell. on the 3rd roll i felt less constricted so i held on for dear life then everything went still and we landed in the ditch.
a Total Christmas Miracle Right side up and we looked at each other then started to move. i realized my seat belt had broken or come undone or maby i u did it in panic i don't know so i attempted to open the door to no avail. then realized.. it was locked the electric door lock still worked thank god. i got out noticing a throbbing in my head looking at my hands i saw the blood all over them. several cars drove on by i guess thinking we just skid off the road since we where upright.. i flagged down some cars and someone got out my friend who was driving was checking for something around the car i think his cellular phone. i saw it off in the bushes a good distance from the car the GPS still on and light still showing it. he called 911 and so did several others. a man ripped off his sweater and got me to put in on my head to keep pressure on it. someone broke out a camping chair and made me sit and then people piled blankets on me because i couldn't find my coat. my belongings apparently scattered over the highway, by the time the ambulance arrived there where a good 20-30 people there and it warmed my heart that people cared so much i never even got to thank the man with the sweater or even got his name. he handed the shirt off his back to help me ill never forget that.
someone went and found my things while they where checking me in the ambulance. they found the bag with all my plush gifts i made and posted just the other day. i broke down crying
i have never before been so humbled.
even in the ER when i was discharged with a head wound and my hands are cut to ribbons bruises everywhere.i had to get the bus in the morning to make it the rest of the way. so they offed me a backroom bed for the night even tho i was discharged. they invited me into there nurses lounge to watch tv with them and talk and even made me a snack. then in the morning one of them made me a big breakfast. and said she would take me to the bus stop.
ive never seen such generosity and caring,
to all those out there on this holiday season i hope you hold your loved ones tight and remember to enjoy each moment. because you never know when the next one will be your last.

Currently writing this from the ferry terminal. the boat i was trying to catch never left and is docked till tomorrow. so Christmas eve in a ferry terminal. not so bad could be worse.
Oh someone just gave me a toblerone and screamed merry Christmas at me and ran off lol.. what a night !!
