Terms and conditions
By sending payment you agree to the following:
-The commissioner:
x. You may upload the work done for you to your gallery/site as long as it is credited and linked back to my gallery.
x. You may cancel your commission at any time. See the "Refunds" section below for more information
x. Do not edit, alter or trace my work without my explicit permission. This includes recolours. If I have made a mistake, please tell me! I will gladly fix it for you.
x. You cannot commission existing original characters in an explicit piece without the owner's consent. Consent can come in a generic blanket statement on the owner's profile for instance. If in doubt, ask.
x. You cannot make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.
-The Artist:
x. I retain all copyrights over my work. I also retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
x. I retain the right to make sell-able products (e.g. prints) from artwork you commission.
x. I reserve the right to drop a commission if I feel I'm unable to complete it for any reason. You will be issued a full refund in the event that I cancel your commission. I reserve the right to modify and resell any sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
x. The estimated time for completion of a single image is up to two weeks after full payment has been received. This is not a guarantee and you shall be informed if I expect it to take longer.
-Payment:
x. Full payment is to be given before your finished product sent to you.
x. I shall invoice amounts to pay via Paypal. Please do not just send me money via any other method unless intended as a gift.
-Refunds:
x. Refunds, full or partial, will not be issued once the work has been completed.
x. If the picture has not been started and either party cancel a full refund will be given.
x. If the picture has been started, a partial refund will be given if either party cancel. The amount refunded will be at my discretion.
x. If I finish an image and you are unhappy with it for anything other than a mistake I have made, I retain the right to keep all payment and not offer a refund. See Edits and Changes below.
-Edits and Changes:
-x. I will gladly fix any errors of your character I make in a commission. Please, let me know if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "my mistake", on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.
x. If I feel I cannot meet your expectations I reserve the right to not offer a redrawing, but a refund (full or partial at my discretion) instead if necessary.
