New Tablet Problems.. Help?

~*♥*❤*♥~One day of use on it and no longer works correctly.. Ok. It still works. Just won't let me draw smooth thin lines. The lines are Bulky and Bold. This started yesterday when I was making a new streaming picture for when I stream. It worked just fin til Lena by mistake jerked the USB cord of the tablet out of the port. Since then it won't work.
I tried everything. Restarting the program (SAI) Opening another program (Photoshop) Restarted the computer (Like 10-13 times) Changed the Pen battery. And even uninstalling it and stalling it again. I even did a System restore cause of how many problems I was having with the computer (Which is back now) And I left the computer and Tablet unplugged for a whole night to see if that helps.
But none of this. Helped. :/ I tried this morning. But the courser just shoots up to the corner and won't move when I am trying to draw with the Tablet. So Idk what is going on. Me and Sam done just about everything to get this fixed. But no matter what we did. It didn't work. Plus with my computer frizing out yesterday didn't help either.
Loading constantly. Crashing with everything I clicked. Won't let me on the Internets. Black screens the mouse courser moving by itself jolting everywhere. And who knows how many times I had to force the computer to turn off. :/ So I system restored the computer.
It now works again except the constant loading in back and occasional freezing. I'm starting to think that this computer hates the Tablet? If so. I may have to wait til my dad or my mom take me to the post office to pick up the 2 boxes that came in yesterday. (One being my Feet Paws. The other another tablet that a friend let me have <3) And try using the other tablet. >> But thing is. I want to use the one that my mate got for me for Christmas. But it's not working right D<

EDIT 1: Since some of you say try another cord. I have tried that. But doesn't work. There is a size difference. This is the cord that the tablet takes. http://vistablet.net/usbcable_sm.png It don't take the Universal cords. :/
EDIT 2: Ok we SOMEwhat got the courser to stop shooting to right randomly but the lines is still bulky and bold. Turns out. It's the Pen Pressure. >> We tried to go to the settings to fix this. But in the settings. It says it's updated and already working? We when to the Tablet Settings and the Current Pressure is blank. We have went to EVERY single settings. SAI PSD Programs etc. But no matter what we do nothing works..
EDIT 3: Ok so we gave up. We called and emailed the company on this issue.. Hopefully they'll call and or reply back soon with a fix... Cause I REALLY want to get back to drawing and work on my Commissions. ><
