Random drawing rules:

Starting: Feb. 2013

Time: ONCE A MONTH, on the end of the months date.
Submit your ONE number between 1-500 between the beginning date of the current month and the end date of the current month, BY NOTE ONLY. Numbers will be posted here for whatever month it is.

Item: ONE FREE INK OF ONE CHARACTER THAT I HAVE NOT DRAWN YET
It HAS to be a character I haven't done yet.
It cannot be sexual in nature. You must have no body parts showing. Unless it's like, Sally Acorn where she's obviously nude but you know what I mean.
It can be cannon, or it can be OC.
(how will you know if I've drawn it before, ask and I'll tell you if I have)

I have the right to refuse to draw any character I do not like, appreciate, or get along with that I have met in the past. If that happens you will have to pick another or I'll pick someone else to give the image to. NO ARGUMENTS.

Due: Depending on my time and schedule, I will have it to you by the end of the next month. So if the winner is drawn on the end date of Feb. you will have it by the beginning of April.
