Payment Rules
- Payment may be made via: PayPal®, E-check, Venmo ,Zelle ,Square
- Paypal Payments are done by Invoice only. (Invoices will have a Tax)
- I will the end the opened invoice once PayPal® email is received.
- Payment must be received before art is worked on.
- There are added fees for BGs/Extra Characters (Refer to price guide)
-My commissions take 1-5 months to finish. I will provide a sketch within a 3 week period. Once the sketch has been received you are to make any comments that you would like changed before I finish the commission.
- You may put a "rush" on your art. The rush fee is $20 for small pieces, and $35 for large. Rush fee guarantees your art to be completed in a certain number of days. Fee may increase if picture gets very large. (Large pieces count as anything over Fullbody Chibi’s/Regular Headshots)



Regarding WIP Updates
-If you do a payment plan work will be done based on how much of the plan is paid over time.
- If you want any changes made, this is the time where you will let me know.
- If I fail to produce a sketch 2 weeks after I said I would, please message me to remind me!


Commission process
WIP 1: Sketch of the commission, The first half of payment must be sent. I will not make any more progress until this WIP is responded to.
WIP 2: Edited sketch. I will not make any more progress until this WIP is responded to.
WIP 3: Line art (You may still make changes, however any changes to the Linework will cost extra)
WIP 4: Flat colors, no changes may be made unless it relates to the color palettes used. You will also send the last half of the payment at this point.







My Rules
- I have the right to refuse commissions to anyone who I am uncomfortable dealing with. If you have already paid me, It will take up to two weeks for a full refund.
-All details about commission must be given upfront. If the reference changes, you may send an updated reference. If information is missing and I have already started you are responsible for the fee for changes.
- You may request a due date for a commission
- You may request info on commissions, just message me. You will be asked to fill out the form once we have come to an agreement.
- Please keep in mind my particular style and quality.
- If you have found something wrong with your finished commission, please message me so we can work it out so we can deal with the issue quickly and efficiently.
- Please ask me before you upload anything I drew for you!
- I can sometimes forget to update my To-Do list. If you have commissioned me, and your order is not on the list, please message me so I can add it!
- If someone is purchasing a gift for you, to be done by me, and you would like a progress check, please have the original commissioner message me!
- When checking a commissions progress, please label the note "commission check up" If it is not labeled under that term, I will not respond.


Regarding Refunds & Redos
- If concerned about a commission. Feel free to message me, it can take me time to respond back. Please be patient.
- If the product is completed, and you do not like it and want it completely changed, you may ask, but there is a redo fee of $5-$150.(depends on the art)
-Refund list is not public.
-If commission canceled during sketching process only 50% will be refunded.
-If commission canceled during lining process only 30% will be refunded
-If commission canceled during coloring process only 10% will be refunded.
-If commission canceled during shading process no refund will be given.
