This journal will have all the important information to consider for a commission. It will have commission types, the corresponding prices for each type, the written information to do the commission and the restrictions I have to work a pic. This journal will be used as the oficial reference for anyone that wants to commission me in the future n__n
** COMMISSION FORM** ESSENTIAL POINT, READ WITH CARE PLEASE
For every new commission you want to request with me, you have to fill out this form with all the corresponding information so its easier for me to have the information I need ready, and its also to make it easier for you because you know what exact information is needed n__n
This is the form, please read it carefully and if you have any doubt please note me.
* Characters name: The name or names of the chars for the pic you will ask.
* Media: in here you place what kind of commision you like (sketch, inks, simple color, etc)
* REferences: the most important references of your character that are useful for me to do the pic correctly.
* Idea: in here you place the idea you have for the pic, a pose that you have in mind, a specific body image, etc. If you dont have any particular idea or you decide to give me artistic freedom with your commission, I can come up with something nice for you.
ARTISTIC FREEDOM WARNING: if you decide to give me artistic freedom or a general, simple idea of what you want, I will design the pic and the poses from scratch and based on what I come up with your idea, so any detail change will be done as long as it doesn’t involve the fact of RE-SKETCHING a pose from zero.
*Discount: If you have a FREQUENT COSTUMER VIP CARD please add in this space the Costumer N°. that your card has so I can verify the data and give you the appropriate discount n_n
* Email: I need an email to which I can send the preview and the finished product once I have it. I ask for an email that is constantly used, or at least active.
*Paypal address: I need your paypal email to send a payment request once the sketch is fully approved so I can keep going with the pic n___n
All new commissions will be treated via FA NOTES, and afterwards via email for the previews and final deliveries.

*Overproportionate characters (excessively big breasts, oversized male genitalia, overly big muscled man/woman, etc. If you have any doubt regarding if you r char enters in this category, please feel free to ask n__n)
ADULT COMMISSION RESTRICTIONS:
*cubs (in sexual situations)
*rape/hard bondage
* Tailmouths in explicit situations (using the tailmouths for porn, saliva, vore, etc) are completely out of the question, it’s a complete NO with no negociation . Tailmouths on tame situations (like the ones that resemble like normal tails with the mouth closed, or open but with no other sexual intention or fluid on it) Im fine drawing them. If you have doubts regarding this restriction please feel free to ask!
TOPICS THAT ARE POSSIBLE BUT WITH CERTAIN RULES:
* Herms . The only things that wont be admissible will be masturbation and herm/male (where the male is the submissive one), those topics are still out of my comfort zone, but everything else will be admissible.
*Femboys . I am trying to learn how to draw more delicate male bodies, so that is why I will admit this topic. BUT regarding the clothing that some femboys tend to use, in that topic I will be a bit selective in what I will draw and wont draw, but it will be discussed privately when the situation arrises.
*Male/male art . Yes, I will start doing male/male art, BUT (and a huuuuggee BUT) this topic will be only available through YCH and SPECIAL COMMISSION SLOTS that will be publicly offered via journal or submission. This topic cant be requested on my normal openings unless there is a gay slot offered in the opening. I am trying to expand my artistic horizon but I dont want to be overloaded with only certain topics.
If you have any doubt regarding an idea or pose, you can always ask and Ill let you know if Im comfortable drawing it or not.
For adult pieces, I have the right to decline an idea or pose or commission if Im not comfortable with it. Ill try to be as open minded as I can, but if I don’t like something Ill let the commissioner know to discuss how to change the subject.

PRICE LIST
NOTE: please take in account that when the image has 2+ characters, the character with the less difficult design will be the one included in the base price (this goes for all commission types in my list)

*Multi limbed characters (in here enters the chars that have more than one pair of wings, 2+ tails, etc. If you have any doubt you are free to ask)
*Characters with a truly complicated fur pattern
Will automatically be charged with the highest price specified in the extra character category of the commission type you choose due to the complexity and the time the design takes when drawing it .
IF THE COMMISSION INCLUDES ONLY ONE CHARACTER AND IT IS ONE OF THE SPECIES MENTIONED ABOVE THEN I WILL CHARGE $10 EXTRA TO THE BASE PRICE BECAUSE OF THE COMPLEXITY.

Costs are variable depending on quality. See below for more information.
I have been evaluating this for some time, and indeed multi-character commissions are very time consuming because of the amount of characters and the poses that tend to be more complex than normal commissions. So commissions that have 5 or more characters will be included in this type of commissions. The quality of the image will be the same as normal commissions of the type of quality you choose. (For example, if you want a crowd commission of a full color quality, it will be the same full color quality I use for normal images of 1, 2 or 4 characters). There wont be any quality change, just the quantity of characters permitted in the same image.

Each media will have its own base price and additional character price, so I will make a list of each quality for better consultation:
*Monochromatic sketch : $50 (base price with 5 characters included)
Extra character: $10

Full digital color: $190 (base price with 5 characters and a simple bg included)

Elaborated Background: extra $30 - $40 according to the difficulty of the idea or the amount of details it might contain
All of my restrictions, taxes and discounts apply to this commissions as well, as long as you fulfill the requirements, so if you are planning on requesting this type of commissions be sure to check all my rules so that you are not caught off-guard ok??. If its a discount it will be applied after the final price is given, and if its a tax, it will be added to the final price.
Reference sheet: $55 (base price)
This price includes a front and a back view, along with 2 additional bust images/face shots of your character. It also can contain information you want written and a small color pallete if you wish to have it. The sheet is delivered in flat colors with a simple background.
Any additional face shots/bust images will incur an extra charge of $10
A side-way view can also be added with an extra charge of $15

New Character Design Commission : $20 -$40 according to the complexity of the design
There are cases that people want a visual image of their char but don’t have the economic possibility of purchasing a reference sheet, so this option is very handy because I can do the proper design based on images that contain details you would like your char to have or only by written information.
The price includes all up to 4 preliminar sketches with the proper corrections and additions. It also includes up to 2 flat color previews for the design to be completely accurate to your desires.
Any extra previews of sketch or flat color will have an extra charge of $4 per new correction. All this can be discussed with the commissioner directly once the situation poses itself =P
The image is delivered in flat colors with clean lineart and it’s a good reference to give to other artists as a reference image of your char and avoid having to pay extra (because some artists don’t work with written data, only with visual references)
*** EXTRA TAXES AND FIXED DISCOUNTS ***
NEW CHARACTER DESIGN TAX
Price: $15 -$30 according to the complexity of the design
NOTE: This tax DOESN’T apply for the “NEW CHARACTER DESIGN” commission, only for the rest of the commissions listed.
This tax is charged when you request a commission and you only have written information (no visual design reference) of the character you want for the commission.
For this tax you get the preview sketch of the commission and 2 sketch changes to get the design to your liking, and one flat color preview so you can check that the colors match what you want for your char.
Any additional previews or changes will incur an extra $5 charge per change/preview.
RE-SKETCHING A COMMISSION TAX
Price: $15 - $30 according to the number of characters and complexity of the pic
This tax incurs when I sketch the commission idea based on the information or base image the commissioner previously sent when the information was requested. If the commissioner wants a complete change of pose that came up after they see the sketch, this being different to the original information I was provided with, he/she will have to pay this tax additional to the final commission price already settled.
The reason for this tax, is because the already done sketch is a work that won’t be finished and all the time, handwork and material that I spent on it will be unpaid, so it’s a loss for me as an artist.
In exchange for this tax, you will receive a clean digital sketch of the already done sketch as if it were a different commission that would enter on the "Sketch" format commission
FREQUENT COMMISSIONER DISCOUNT
Percentage you can obtain by purchasing commissions with me: 10% from the total price of the commission
IMPORTANT EXCEPTION explicit porn images will only have 5% off from the total price. Im not really comfortable with drawing porn all the time, so instead of adding a tax, I will reduce the discount a bit .
What kind of images will apply for this “porn” exception:
*Explicit sexual situations. Any kind of penetration.
* Blowjobs and genital licking of any sort
*Masturbation of any sort. This will be kept under consideration, because if I find your idea to be something Im ok with drawing Ill allow the discount to be applied.
Anything from erotic images (which include tasteful nudity) to G rated images will be eligible for this discount.
RULES TO GET THE FREQUENT COSTUMER DISCOUNT:
To be a frequent commissioner you will have to purchase at least 3 commissions with me during the same year. The 10% discount will apply starting on the 4th image you buy and upwards. This VIP card will have a life span of 2 years from the moment you get it. After it expires you will have to purchase again 3 images to renovate your card =P
To prove that you are a frequent commissioner, once you reach the status requirements you will get a small personalized VIP image card from me via email that will award you the 10% discount on your future commissions. So please, when you are already a frequent commissioner, when you request a new commission just let me know your VIP number to track you down and give you your discount n_n
Images that dont apply to get this discount: Adoptables and Iron artist challenges (With adoptables you are purchasing the design, not a commission. With Iron artist challenges, the prices are already highly discounted)
COMMISSION “POINT SYSTEM” REWARD
This point system is to reward all my commissioners with a chance to get something free as a prize for their support in my art n__n
To gain this points, you have to commission me any type of commission listed in my prices and for each $5 USD you spend in any of my commissions you earn 1 point, so the more you buy, the higher amount of points you get and you can get a free pic quite fast =P .
This points CANT be used to reduce a normal commission’s price. They are solely for the purpose of getting you a completely free image, not to discount prices of normal status commissions.
You can get something as simple as a 1 char sketch, and as high as a simple color image of 2 chars with a simple bg, it will all depend on how many points you want to save so you can exchange them for bigger prizes.
The highest quality is simple color, and the maximum amount of chars is 2, so in case you have more points than the highest prize you can get, don’t worry, you can save them for another image, or spend them in the moment for a second image if you have enough points =P
The points don’t expire, so you will always have that chance to get something free at some point n___n

Things you have to consider for point commissions:
*This images don’t have a preview sketch, so when applying for one, be very specific because you wont be able to check for mistakes or changes.
*For this type of commissions, there is no applicable discount of any. The prices are set and cant be discounted.
*Upon delivery if you see any mistake on your characters or a missing detail you specified on your information then I will do the proper changes without a problem. But changes such as not liking a color I used, or something you didn’t specify in the data and now want changed wont be done because, in escence, they weren’t mistakes on my part.
*Porn images will have an additional “point” cost. Each quality has its own “price”.
Images that dont apply to get points: Adoptables and Iron artist challenges (With adoptables you are purchasing the design, not a commission. With Iron artist challenges, the prices are already highly discounted, so it would be unfair for me to give points to an already big discount =P)

COMMISSION “POINT SYSTEM” REWARD
This point system is to reward all my commissioners with a chance to get something free as a prize for their support in my art n__n
To gain this points, you have to commission me any type of commission listed in my prices and for each $5 USD you spend in any of my commissions you earn 1 point, so the more you buy, the higher amount of points you get and you can get a free pic quite fast =P .
This points CANT be used to reduce a normal commission’s price. They are solely for the purpose of getting you a completely free image, not to discount prices of normal status commissions.
You can get something as simple as a 1 char sketch, and as high as a simple color image of 2 chars with a simple bg, it will all depend on how many points you want to save so you can exchange them for bigger prizes.
The highest quality is simple color, and the maximum amount of chars is 2, so in case you have more points than the highest prize you can get, don’t worry, you can save them for another image, or spend them in the moment for a second image if you have enough points =P
The points don’t expire, so you will always have that chance to get something free at some point n___n

Things you have to consider for point commissions:
*This images don’t have a preview sketch, so when applying for one, be very specific because you wont be able to check for mistakes or changes.
*For this type of commissions, there is no applicable discount of any. The prices are set and cant be discounted.
*Upon delivery if you see any mistake on your characters or a missing detail you specified on your information then I will do the proper changes without a problem. But changes such as not liking a color I used, or something you didn’t specify in the data and now want changed wont be done because, in escence, they weren’t mistakes on my part.
*Porn images will have an additional “point” cost. Each quality has its own “price”.

Also, if I have a new character and no references, but I use other characters as references to illustrate what the new character looks like?
And for the question of the character, if you dont have an image that has your character depicted as it is then it will count as a new design.
So you can ask for the " New character design" commission (if you want a commission in which your char is shown with his/her unique design in a single pinup image with the sole purpose of having a visual reference) in which you can send me all the links you want with the details you like for your char and I will make the specific design for you, or if you want to ask for a commission with a specific idea in specific media, then you will have to pay for the character design tax to get your char designed and your commission done (and you can send all the links for me to design your char)

And would you draw mecha and battlesuits, i.e. Iron Man's armor? Are you willing to draw action scenes like superhero vs supervillain fights?
About the mecha, battlesuits, and action scenes, I can really try n__n (Im not that good because I havent done many of those, but I will do my best =P) but be aware that those suits enter in the "complicated character" category n__n
Will you also draw insect characters?
AS for the insect characters, it all depends of the character. I dont mind drawing insect wings, maybe bug antennas as well, I can do also the insect butts (like the whisps butt and such) but I wont draw bug shaped faces no matter what >.<u Im insectophobic, so the face must be at least partly humanoid, as well as the body, it has to be at least part human =P ok??
sadly my book just got shipped out for a commission but when it gets back i would love to send it to you for a commission if thats ok?
