Why is this bothering me so much...?

Foy en Tout - Faith in All
I've always found that I have a higher sense of justice then most at times or I'm highly empathetic to the feelings of others even in the written format. Maybe that's why I like taking English literature and language as a subject, but that's not the point I'm trying to put across. Well not so much as a point but a retelling of the last 24 hours.
For those who knew Anonykat , or Anonykat5 who shows up at my streams is in a unyielding situation that's really breaking my heart so much more than perhaps is unnecessary. The situation revolves around the banning of his ex's FA account by IP ban. Has anyone ever considered that IP banning may not be the best way of going around banning people from the site, most especially when more than one person has an account on the IP? You can see where I'm leading up to... Essentially because Anon made a new account it's been flagged up as Ban evasion. So as I come to understand it, not only was the party to be banned been banned, but another party who had nothing to do with the antics of the first has been banned and suffers for it.
Not only has he tried to explain it to an admin in email and the Furaffinity IRC chat (which by the way is severely out of date and just a hassle to use.) He's now been branded a liar by a Fur Affinity Admin to whom I will not name but will refer to as "Admin" for the remainder of this journal.
But then I have to stick my oar in. I just can't accept an injustice when I see one and it upsets me when the authority of the site don't take time to consider the possibility. There's times I am sure someone will vouch for that they may possibly don't have the time to open a full blown case to sort, and I understand that. I'm not pointing fingers. But I set myself up to try and talk in a reasonable and polite manner to the "Admin" I first mentioned that if it's not of my concern, was there anyone to whom I could talk to. Yet I found that the tone used back at me was not of the "quality" to someone of the position one would hope to have. I feel incompetent that I did not take evidence of this behaviour as I may have more of a case to stand by. And after I mentioned I was to leave the IRC chat I was kicked by this "Admin" along with another aggressive message which also apparently led to me being banned to the chat. (Enter I didn't know this shrug.)
I only found out this previous information after I submitted a ticket of complaint to the Help Desk and "Admin 2" responded and had discussed the case with "Admin". The case has been closed, I have been un-banned from the IRC and reminded in I must say a more polite manner which I expected from the start that I should not press into matters after I've been told not to. (Okay fair enough but from the second half on-wards I was noting my disgust in the attitude. Yes I will shoulder the blame here.)
But I'm upset that the Ticket was closed before I could point out the main attitude of why I sent the ticket in the first place. It was most likely a hopeless venture to start with. Who is another admin to believe, a typical standard user such as myself or another Admin? Fairly simple answer isn't it?
I do hope that by retelling this event that I have not breached one of the rules and conditions as such, but only wanted to enlighten everyone into perhaps a polite and sensible discussion.
And surprisingly this takes me back to my old wolf rping days on the Wetpaint based sites found across the web where trying to take matters into your own hands to make things fair never quite saw things eye to eye with you.
I'll end on this fact. I guess it's incredibly difficult to escape a Utilitarian society.
P.S. Thankyou to whomever manages to read all of that I just needed to get it off my chest. The emotions I've built up into reactions to events become incredibly hazardous to my health and I spent a good few hours of the night throwing up with stomach pain.
P.S.S. We've also found that we have an infestation of mice in the living room coming from behind the fireplace. Great incentive on trying to persuade certain family members for a cat.
As an example of what sort of Admin populates these sites here's what happen to me:
I posted links to my online store on a site every time there was a promotion. It was a furry site and my store has furry inspired attire. I got warned not to advertise in there so I stopped.
I posted that I was open for commissions, my posts got deleted, I make a comment that I'm being censored, it gets deleted, every single comment I make hence forth got deleted and I finally got banned "temporarily". I was being rude or anything was just commenting on what was happening and talking to other people about it. Another person got banned also because they agreed with me. Apparently the admin thought that saying you are open for commissions was advertising.
Mind you there is nothing in the TOS of the site against advertising, it only mentions spam but it leaves to the admins to decide what is spam.
I would still be "temporarily" banned if I hadn't talked to the other admin through a friend's account.
Anyway, I got unbanned and a few days later spotted the admin that had banned me advertising that HE was taking commissions. That right there says it all...
I should add that that same admin had been previously banned from the site for uploading copyright material.
So yeah... no point in trying to do what is right.
Hang in there.
Mistakes happen, that alone wouldn't be such a problem if we could fix those mistakes, but I feel so helpless when the bad guys get away with it, and there's nothing you can do about it. and people in power who think the rules don't apply to them, ugh.
