Hopefully it turns up in a storage bin or something - simply misplaced. It's sad to think that someone actually stole his suit. :(

It was stolen.

whoever steals a suit that has been worn at a con before must be terribly naive.

for a time some german guy nicknamed Kigurumiboy tried to sell suits he clearly was not in possession of to other furs. he claimed he was building them, but can't provide pictures of actual suit works. why? he never answered. he also never answered when people called out to him that they knew perfectly well whom the suits belonged to he offered... he either was stupid, naive, or autistic. tried that stunt a couple times and then he vanished...

Pandaguy's account states he is deceased. If this is the case it would make the fact his costume has been stolen even worse. I imagine it would be an item of sentimental importance to his close ones.

PG was/is a close friend of mine, and he Passed away in September. I miss him dearly.

Good god, seriously. I cried seeing this. As a friend of PG (and I miss him DEARLY) to see that someone would take his suit makes me just disgusted and just sad all in all. This is BEYOND terrible *sniffles and cries*

I am in the middle of no where so I am sure I wont see it, but if I do...believe me my eyes and ears will be open.

This happened in Maryland,

I am in Arkansas. The suit, is not to be returned to me, it belonged to PG and now belongs his Mother.

Aww hell, that was the suit *I* designed for him! WTF, people?! You bet your sweet arse I'll be keeping an eye out for it! Just...damn!

Do they know HOW it was stolen? Did someone break into PG's mom's place and take it? Was anything else taken? This is simply awful!

As I am not sure how much to say if this goes into legalities, is that someone (who will not be named at this time), was allowed access to PGs things (of which he had a lot) not to long after PGs death, and this someone apparently walked away with more then they were supposed to, i.e fursuits. The theft was not realized till a full inventory of PGs belonging were taken. There have been many attempts to retrieve the suit through negotiations but this has apparently failed. I was asked to notify the rest of the community.

I was not there and what details I have been given are through Fran herself.

Still, what a terrible, awful, disrespectful thing to do.

If they've attempted to negotiate for it, and the person won't budge... and if that means they know who has it... call the police. Simple as that.

Have the authorities been contacted? Since this is technically theft of property, it would be best to involve the police at some point.

It's like when peoplelie to take credit about art... or that guy that was claiming to be Blotch. they never get away with the stuff, and when they get found, everything turns out bad for them.

Though I am interested at the 'Lengthy Incident' that can cause a fursuit to go missing.

Wow... That's beyond low. Not sure how they think that they could get away with it. If they wear it at a con or really wear it anywhere, somebody would recognize it and call them out. Same with selling it, somebody would see it on an auction and realize it was stolen and speak up. I hope his mother gets it back soon, I'm really sorry to hear this happened in the first place. :(

I have put a message on my FA page and given the link to this notice so anyone I know sees it too. I never knew PG but stealing his fursuit is just low :(

I could see why someone would want to take such a suit , It looks really awesome and cuddly , But To break moral rules and just common sense ....
