She simply wants to have the suit for a memorial room to Jon at her new house, and this suit is key since it was one of Jon's favorites and he wore it the most. Even though it's just a costume, it sure meant a lot to him, his mom, and us.
I wonder why someone stole it? I don't know why someone would try to turn a profit on it, but you never know.
