Commission Policy/ToS (Mostly done)

If you plan on commissioning, please take a few minutes to read this. This is all being written down here so that I can and won't be held accountable for commissions being declined for something that's been sorted out here.
-I reserve the right to decline/refuse commissions due to any reason.
-I do not freely give out my PayPal information, I ask that you please keep it private as well.
-Once the I've begun colouring a commission, I will not give out refunds.
-Please be respectful, or I may decide to refuse your commission.
-Do not use any commission for monetary gain.
-Prints may be used/made for commissioner with permission. (Any other prints for other people must also have permission.
-Do not commercially distribute without consulting myself prior.
-Fetishes may or may not be accepted, please ask for specifics beforehand.

Payment
I only accept payment through PayPal- Strongly preferred as USD. Commissioners will have the choice of two ways of paying- Upfront or half upfront and half after the commission is completed. I do NOT accept full payment after the work has been completed. If you choose to pay half/half*, I ask that you send the first half before I will begin the sketch. Paying upfront, I ask that you send the payment after you've reviewed the sketch. Commissioners may or may not choose to send full payment before the sketch is completed. If a commissioner has requested a commission slot and has yet to respond within 7 days, the slot is opened back up.
*half/half = Half before, Half after the commission has been completed.

Refunds
You will be have the ability to request a refund up until colouring has begun. Meaning- During/before sketching; 100% refund, during lining; 50% refund, during colouring; 25% refund. Anywhere after that point, refunds are unavailable. If you request a refund, your commission will most likely be resold for someone else. Please do not ask for a refund after the art is completed. It will 100% be "no." If there was a misunderstanding on my part, I will allow 3 (small) fixes to the commission. Please note that I will not give refunds for commissions under $5 USD. ($4 and below).

Unclaimed/Abandoned Commissions
After 2 months of no response from a commissioner, the work is at risk of being resold and/or auctioned off. Regardless of payment, it is expected of the commissioner to keep in contact while their commission is in progress. If your work is auctioned off, with a valid reason for absence, you may be able to receive a discount off a commission up to what you originally commissioned. This can only be guaranteed if you have responded within one month of your original commission being auctioned off. After that, it's a possibility but in no way guaranteed. As goes for requested commission slots.

Times and Deadlines
I will always do as much as I can to be on time with deadlines. I will not accept a deadline that is less than 5 days. Some exceptions apply depending on the complexity of the commission. However, if your commission is 1 month overdue from the original deadline, I will try to offer compensation for the wait. This will depend on how much I have on my commission list. But, again, this strongly depends and is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that older commissions will be dealt with and most likely finished first. The deadline for your commissions may be set to a specific date once your commission has reached the top of the list.

Usage
Any artwork commissioned will be automatically have permission given to the commissioner for reupload and use on FurAffinity. If you would like to use it on any other site, or to have prints made, please contact me. If there are multiple people in your commission, please give send me the user(s) and whether or not they would like permissions. Please note that credit for the original artwork is required.

Gifts and/or Including Other Characters
If you have requested a commission that is including another user's personal character(s), they will be contacted with general information about the commission. If the commission is a gift, please specify this. However, I will consult the other person if it contains any mature content (gore, etc.) regardless of gift or not- to avoid conflict. Please be aware that I may investigate before contacting, though. If it's clearly stated that the content you requested is in their interest, I may choose not to consult them. Repeated- If it's clearly stated- this means I will not make assumptions. This also goes for couple art- if there is a relation between the two users clearly stated on the profile, I may choose not to consult them.

"Group" Commissions
If you are planning to request a commission that is cooperatively being commissioned amongst multiple users, please be aware that I will only be contacting and consulting with one person for specifics. I may consult the other users of the general concept information about the commission as stated in the previous section. However I will not make changes to the information unless it is requested by the original commissioner. Please respect that I will only be discussing and accepting changes from the original commissioner.

Commission Fixes (Reference sheets)
When commissioning a reference sheet, each commissioner is allowed 5 fixes/adjustments to the sheet- Once there have been 5 fixes, each following adjustment will have a small fee. The fee is subject to change over time and will be added to the commission prices sheet.

Characters and References
For any commission, I ask that you please provide a reference sheet. I will not accept any sort of shaded or traditional artwork as a reference for your character. If you do not have a flat-coloured digital picture of your character, I will ask that you use a free line-art for a design, and I can work off that. Please note that I will NOT be able to use mature-rated reference sheets. Nor will I work off of text descriptions of the character.

_____Art Slave Rules_____
-Rules can and most likely will vary between auctions.
-For auctions 2 weeks and above, you may only request one piece at a time, once that is finished, you may request another.
-For shorter auctions, I may allow up to 3 pieces at once.
-I reserve the right to refuse a requested image, due to violation of any of these terms, along with few personal reasons.
-The terms for normal commissions are in place for all art slave auctions unless DIRECTLY stated otherwise.
-You will be able to request anything, although, pieces will not be rushed. (i.e. requesting a full picture with a full background will take longer than a chibi)
-Extra time may not be purchased on Art Slave auctions, unless stated otherwise.
By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms.
