Terms of Service
By commission me you agree to follow all of these guidelines. I also reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason at any time
By commissioning me you agree to follow all of these guidelines, If you have any concern about information provided please connect with me threw notes and I will try and help you.
Disclaimer
Please check out my gallery before you commission me. I am still learning, though I will try to finish all commissions to the best of my ability, but at any time that I do not feel comfortable in the agreement or with what I have been asked I have the right to turn down or cancel any commission. If payment has already been issued a full or partial refund or another commission will be worked out in replacement of the commission I could not finish.
Payment
Will be issued threw Paypal only. Payment will be requested to be sent any where between the line art and coloring stages depending on what has been commissioned. I do not accept payment upon starting a commission. I do not want payments to be sent before I have requested it.
Upfront Payments
New, Only commissioners who have commissioned me a few times will I accept upfront payments from.
Refunds
If a commission has to be canceled/cannot be finished and payment has been issues. A refund will be given calculated by what stages the artist has finished the product in. It will be discussed with the commissioner, For example but not limited to. Before or first sketch phase-Full Refund, Line Art- 50% Refund. In the event that a refund has been issued with acceptation to first sketch phase the client does have the right to keep the art work that has been finished IF and only IF payment has be issued.
Common Sense
If a commission has been finished in full, accepted by the buyer (as I ask when the commission is finished for buyers to look over the commissions one last time to make sure everything is in place). A refund will not be issues past this point if one is requested.
Changes
When I send Updates of the commission, changes can be made then. I will NOT accept any changes after the commissioner has agreed the image is completed to their liking. Any time during the work changes can be requests by the buyer.
Commission Forms
Any and All Commission forms that have not been filled out correctly, and fully to the needs of that specific commission will be turned down and rejected. Without noticed or need of explanation (will give one if requested though I do not have to). It Is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide the artist with the information needed for that commission. If you do not know if information is sufficient please ask me, you will still need to fill out a commission forum but I can help you write or gather information.
Age
Please be noted, that I will not accept any commissions from anyone under the age of 18.
Deadlines
I do not like taking deadlines, this does not mean an image will not be completed with in a timely manner upon starting. Any delays will be noted and buyer will be updated about such. Please make sure to read section titled ' list '
List
I work with a list, When you commission me you are added to a list of slots. I do not accept any extra money to be bumped up on the list. I will connect with you with the first basic sketch; this will show you that your commission has been started. Before I have connected with you with the sketch no payment nor work will be done on your commission. This is do to the fact that I work on this list first come first served.
Requests for updates
If I have given you an insufficient amount of updates (the common ones being basic pose sketch, refined sketch, line art, color depending on commission along with any changes in-between) I do not mind the buyer requesting an update. I do not mind questions of people asking how long until I get to them on the list. Please see next section to get a clarification.
Harassment
I do not accept any form of harassment, from sending me messages with any threat of canceling commission if your's is not worked on or started faster. To people sending me message everyday asking when there's will be started. Any messages that are Rude/Insulting/harassing in nature will be met with a blunt answer, and often times be canceling your commission for you. I treat every commissioner with the same respect I wish to get back in return.
Re posting FINISHED commissions
I do allow commissioners and commissioners only to re-post art work that has been FULLY FINISHED AND PAID FOR! on other sites. I do ask that when you do this, you clearly label it as a commissions done by me, if you can link it back to my main page where ever you got my information from( Fa, Weasyl, Tumblr). If a commission has not been paid for/finished or any combination of that I do not allow re posting.
Selling Commissions & Making Merchandise
I am not comfortable with commissioners selling my images Or Any Merchandise being made of my art. You have the right to post it up in any gallery with reference back to me for ownership of the art. NO profit will be made off of images created by me. Please do not Print, Make t-shirts & other apparel Out of the art work I have created.
Editing
No one has the right to edit my art work, removing signature, or recoloring. This is against the copy right laws, and my own terms of service. Only 'edit' that I find acceptable ( though ask to be told and credited if uploaded) Is the cropping and making the icon out of a finished commission, by the client only. this does not allow you to edit over the image it's self.
Adoptable's
In the event that I am doing work of an Adoptable not created by me and this adoptable does get sold. I ask that no profit be made on my art work. ( though if you happen to remember to let me know so I don't think someone stole something) . In The Event that I am selling an Adoptable I ask that upon reselling you sell for no more then what you bought from me.
