6 mo kitten needs your help! (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ & SHARE)

She is 6 months old and as you can see she is beautiful! My parents recently adopted her only to find out after two days of owning her she had something seriously wrong. She started drooling, was off balance and was out of sort. Her previous owners of course didn't mention this in the adoption, plus when asked about it they thought it was NORMAL! *facepalm*
Upon lots of blood work at the vet we discovered she has a rare liver shunt. Whats a liver shunt you ask? Its a birth defect that doesn't allow her blood to be filtered through the liver properly. It allowed the toxins in her blood to build up. Imagine your worst hangover X10 ..and make it not a fun party to remember.
She is going to be receiving surgery to correct the shunt, however this is not something that is cheap. $1200 + not including the vet stuff that has already racked up on the bill.
SO I stand here a humble corgi (one who hates asking for help) Can you please help?
