I've always wanted to give this a go! So why not. Many people have done the free icon day things, most notably, formidonis.
So here's what you have to do.

Everyone will get a goofy sketched icon like this one:

This is a wonderful piece that AsaHane did for me of my Friar Don Shepherd battling the darkness with the light...don't have an "official" cannon picture of my Friar...I have always allowed the artists to interpret my sheppy the way they see fit...I love seeing the different interpretations of my character. You can go to my page or my son's page ... Altiaris here on FA...I think he has more pictures than I do!
