Quite technically, you can be banned for any reason whatsoever and it doesn't even have to be against the rules. You just have to be hated enough for people to want you gone. Anyhow. This was kind of a random post. :P

it was due to someone thinking they were safe off site and mentioning people should hack and attack the site. Most of the time people get in trouble is cause there are two more groups of rules other than the AUP they should know about. Like how people dont know its actually against the CoC to hold raffles where people have to buy tickets

Just my option but FA can rot for all i care due to how poorly they handled my case with dealing with unacceptable comments made by another FA member to me and i was the one put on trial for defending myself. im only hear to commission a few artist i respect but for the most part im gone.

off the topic yes but what you mentioned is good advice. even though the AUP and TOS for this site is f#$% up it is good advice to keep and eye on both the AUP and TOS to avoid getting stabbed in the back by FA. :/

I could care less on how they did with your case, if anything the majority of the cases FA have to deal with is idiot fucks not knowing the rules (even more so its the usual "this person being mean to me" when the advice given is to block but the person doesnt do so), the small batch are actual cases where FA team dont have a system to deal with those situations or the fact that person didnt provide all the information (and no a calling out journal is not the right course of action to which an admin pointed out "as long you dont name names, its not a call out journal)

Life is full of human error, situational events and subjective views, all we can do is know where we can go and do and work with things.
PS you should know the ToS and CoC of all sites, it seperates the idiots from the common sense ones.
