Two questions. First: Would text-references be allowed, or do you just want picture references for characters? Because I (barely) have one picture for a single character, and would fall a bit short of finding three for the picture...

Second: How complex can the characters be?

It'll be a little more difficult but I can work off of a written reference yes :>.

The character can be as complex as they are! I don't mind at all.
