Now this is interesting, as it's not for art itself, but for something that apparently is called "kigurumi" pajamas. I honestly have no idea what that means, but looking at the example image it's cute, and I want to enter for a chance to win myself.

 sweetsushi is the one running this particular raffle and has some very specific rules on being qualified to enter, so make sure to read them. Also, if enough people enter there will apparently be a second prize for a piece of art, so if it comes to that there will be at least two chances to win things.
