I'm raffling a free digital painting!

Yep, I have said a lot recently that I wanted to try a raffle, so here it is! I know I have a few people who are unfamiliar with how a raffle works, so I will explain it in detail.
How you enter:
1. "pimp" this journal. Basically, it means you make a journal yourself with a link back to this one. This is to get some more attention to the raffle.
2. +watch me! Pretty straight forward I'd say. This isn't to get more watchers, its so its easier for you to know when its over/who won.
3. Make a comment to this journal with the link to the "pimp" journal and the reference of the character you want painted. This doesn't need to be an actual reference, any picture should work.
How you WIN:
1: I will let you know if you meet all three of the above qualifications, then I will give you a number.
2: at the end of the week (12:00 AM Central time on March 2nd) I will put all the numbers into Random.org and whoever's number comes out, wins!
What do you win?:
You get a bust shot of one character with a simple background. It will be digitally painted and shaded and everything! basically like this. *click me*
I'm treating this like a commission, so you will have to join in the livestream to have it done. I can do it without you there, but I'd advise against it if you want to guarantee the quality of the picture.
I have this on both Here and Deviantart, so there may be some jumps in the numbers. Don't freak out =P

I don't have any art that accurately shows my head markings yet, but I have a little bit of black under my ear that extends to the back of my head (just a thin black circle around my ears. The tips of my ears are orange and blue, and the stripes are zigzag, not straight, and the middle stripe is the HV symbol. If I win, can yeh make the bg black/gray and put me in an aperture science jumpsuit? (see first img)
And if you win, that is perfectly fine for me to make.

My character is a very wolf. I haven't really thought about color details. My eyes are hazel and I wear square framed glasses. I've drawn my own bust, but it wasn't colored and I didn't add the glasses http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9653544/. If its not enough, please let me know.
