Sorry, don't know what else to do

I don’t want to drag personal crap on here but I figured seeing as things are pretty much at a dead end I should let people know I might not be around for an unknown amount of time.
Basically, we’re screwed.
We’ve had this ridiculous ongoing argument with the local council for ages, all because apparently my mum should be paying extra rent for me because I am “non dependant”, despite the fact I’m on benefits because I cannot work right now.
We had a standing order set up for every month to pay them from the bank, for some unknown reason that was stopped and then they said we had to pay weekly via the post office with some paying in book. We can’t do that, we don’t have the money weekly - most weeks we barely manage to buy food.
Just found they gave us a court order - they want £1000 by 12:30 Tuesday or we’re being evicted.
We can’t … there is no way to get £1000 by Tuesday. My mum has just less than £30 to her name, my bank account is already £309 overdrawn and my brother has all of 27p in his bank account.
I have no job, he has no job, my mum’s on state pension. Me and my brother tried getting jobs - nothing.
So, I don’t know what to do.
My mum tried arguing the point with the courts, they ignored everything she had to say. The council apparently don’t care and there’s no other way to pay them back that they’ll accept.

I don’t know what we’re expected to do, we’ve no friends who can help - the only people I know are my friends online or acquaintances at best, my brother only knows other people who’re 18-ish and can’t help and my mum literally only has me and my brother, she’s no friends and all her family is long dead.
No idea what to do with our animals. Thus far my dog has been the biggest anchor I have and now it looks like the last option I will have is to lose her - and my mum’s dog and our two cats - or risk them suffering too. I really don’t know how I will cope if I have to lose our animals.
I’m at a loss. About all I can do right now is cry.
So yeah, I may well disappear for an unknown length of time and all I can do is apologize to people waiting on art from me, I doubt I’m gonna be able to do it. Sorry.

The local councils are trying to screw over a lot of people right now, what with this whole "bedroom tax" thing and a whole lot of other nasty little tricks, pulling vital funding from people.
I think if there was enough people who knew about this and kicked up a fuss over it, it could cause enough of a stink that they'd have to drop it.
Look around for one of those newspapers that's anti-Conservative, they love stuff like this.
