TOS - Freebies and Raffles

By requesting any free art or entering into any of my raffles you agree to the following Terms of Service.
This TOS is subject to change.
1- If the art involves mature/adult themes or has mature/adult content the receiver acknowledges being at least eighteen (18) years of age. No porn unless very specifically stated otherwise.
2- Harassment of the artist or artists may result in declined requests, removal of art, disqualification from the raffle, banning from all future requests and raffles, being called various childish insults, and/or getting laughed at.
Harassment includes:
• Demanding subject matters the artist(s) have declined
• Rude comments/notes
• Insults
• Excessive rushing (is it done yet is it done yet)
• Sexual harassment
• Attempting to start drama
3- Any participating artist has the right to decline requests or remove art at any time given acceptable reasons.
4- Participants understand that personal life and responsibilities take top priorities.
5- The method of selecting winners in a raffle will be done using a random number generator unless stated otherwise. Requests to see the process (who is assigned what number, although it is usually in order of entries, and the numbers selected, likely via random.org ) are accepted, as well as requests to be listed as hidden or anonymous.
6- "Secret" requests and entries are accepted via Notes under the following guidelines:
• For raffles, enough information is given to participate and all raffle guidelines are followed
• If the request is of another person's character the situation may not be of anything that could be threatening, offensive, or sexually harassing
• If it is a gift or includes another person's character there must be information given on how to "see" that person (in FA, a link to their main page)
7- In the event that you would like to tip money and no information is given, please donate to one of the following and feel free to send proof:
