Furries, why must you break my heart so?

Today has become an unpleasant day for me. I've had to yet again put someone on my no-service list. This pains me in ways I cannot express in words, and I'm becoming weary of having to put my foot down.
That brings me to a subject that apparently needs some more direct statements from me.
First, violations of my stream rules. These are put in place to protect everyone. If that is too difficult of a thing to accept then I'd rather those who find this too hard to follow not attend. It's stressful and upsetting when people act above the rules for whatever reason. It's the number one rule in my rules - follow the rules.
Secondly, this is the part the has really been causing strife lately, I have one moderator -
skylorforscythe- and if you're in stream you need to listen to him! Seriously people, this is getting out of hand and quite frankly it's infuriating me. I put one person in charge of maintaining all matters of service and administration. Just one, it causes mass confusion when everyone in stream starts answering for my representative. Please stop doing it. In addition, when told you're in violation of rules do not argue. That's also listed in the rules, but appears to need reiteration. My moderator is not trying to be mean, is not acting out of malice, and is working to assure everyone is happy and well treated. I wouldn't even trust him to run things if I thought he was mistreating anyone coming into my streams or approaching me for commissions. The reason he speaks so often for me in chat is because he is literally sitting next to me at the time, which makes for instant communication when I'm too distracted with work to notice the chat. If you feel you're not being treated fairly then by all means ask him to speak to me, I won't turn you away, but arguing with him is a definite no go.
I want to try to emphasize just how much pain and anguish this kind of thing puts me through. I've lost friends and loved ones over this already. All because I became tired of starving, and struggling to pay bills. I wanted to move from being hungry everyday to actually making a living. To do that it requires structure, discipline, and commitment to the job. By treating my rules and my coworkers with triviality you damage everything I'm working so hard to achieve. I'm running a business here, albeit a more relaxed one than most you'll run across, but a business nonetheless. Please try to work within those boundaries so that everyone gets the chance to remain happy and satisfied.

This comment brought to you by... Caffeine and sugar... Or lack there of.. Dunno weird mood moment due to an imbalance I should go get that fixed *Lei poof*
Sad to hear that you've had to put another person on your no-service list though Nate. But don't worry too much, you and Skylor keep the streams running real smooth and you deliver promptly, and effectively with some of the most well planned service I've seen. You've got a good system, it works for you, and I hope the best for you both in it ;)
Sorry you're getting so much shit from people on your streams, hope it gets better soon.
Stay here and keep your head...or will you do as so many other artists before, run away and leave behind (in your case, over 8500) friends, fans and followers for a bunch of douchebags???
Hope things work out and the future streams go easier for you and Sky alike
I have never visited one of your streams which seems a pity but i dont really go where there may be large crowds so it's probably for the best since you seem very popular. ^.^ Well deserved thanks to your work, hopefully these "bad apples" wont scare you off.
Also if any of this lacks sense or structure then please forgive me, i am fairly tired as i am writing this. ^>^ Thank you Nateday.
