How often do you think about sex: Some thoughts involving sexual stuff comes up, at random, at least many times each day.

How often do you HAVE sex: If I divide my age by the number of times I've had sex, it comes out to about once every five to seven years. In other words, not very often.

Worst sexual experience: I would not say any were bad, though none were so good that I go looking for it either.

Cybersex? Phone sex?: Never. I am not interested in either of those. It's not like you can feel it or smell it that way, so it would be rather pointless.

How large is your porn collection?: If you are referring stuff that most people would recognize as porn, then I have little to none. If you are referring to things I am personally sexually attracted to, then I have a large collection. The average person would not see what I'm into as being arousing though.
