★ Payment and Refund ★
+ All artists at this time accept USD via Paypal
+ Payment for an adoptable must be made within 24 hours of your claim on it.
+ If payment is not received the adoptable may be sold to someone else.
+ Refunds will not be given on any purchased adoptables.


★ Custom Adoptable Info ★
+ Time frame for completion varies between 1 to 3 weeks depending on communication between the buyer and the artist.
+ Please read all custom information thoroughly at the time of purchasing as there may be additional restrictions at that time.
+ Refunds will not be given on customs once started.
+ If you would like a WIP (if applicable) be sure to request it at the time of purchase.


★ Buyer and Artist Rights ★
+ Original adoptable design will remain in our gallery and/or be posted in original artist galleries/portfolios in the future.
+ Purchased adoptable will not be sold to multiple owners.
+ Once you purchase a design, please do not claim that you created it at any time.
+ You may repost the original design art, but please give a link back to this gallery when you do so.
+ You only have to give credit to us for the original design art work. Not on every piece of artwork you get of the design there after.
+ Re-sale, design trade, and adoptable buy back options and restrictions vary from adopt to adopt.
+ Please read all information on the design submission before purchasing.
+ You may not use any purchased designs for profit or profitable material.
+ You cannot use any purchased designs in online comics, for t-shirts, games, books, or other creative processes.
+ You can, however, commission other artists to draw comics of the design as your personal character if the work is to be kept as personal use only.
+ You can use the design for role-play purposes or other personal non-profit uses so long as it does not interfere with the rules above.
