Terms Of Service
- I have the right to deny a commission if there is a fetish that is against what is left of my morals.
- If I do not have time to finish your commission due to personal issues, you can either wait or get a refund and commission me when I am no longer busy.
- Once commissioned, I cannot estimate a time due to how I can go from busy to nothing to do all day. Push out time is generally 1-3 months.
- I will not give out refunds if I have started the commission (it is sketched/lined ect), however if there is a personal issue you need the money for we can work something out.
- Only the commissioner may repost the image on their account, however you can repost it ONLY IF
1. It contains a character © to you
2. It was a gift for you
- My signature should be left on my work. If posted anywhere it should be credited to me with either a link or a "Art © DannyStiletto
-If requested I will send you a high res version of your commission, all you have to do is ask during the ordering process.
Rules of payment
-For YCH, after 24 hours of winning, I would like my payment. However if something goes wrong we may be able to work out a longer sending time.
- For regular commissions, I have a strict payment before policy. This is to protect myself so I don't get scammed.
-Prices below 100$ must be paid upfront, 100$+ can be paid half on commission, half on completion.
-Within 3 days of the inquiry about commission, I'd prefer my payment. However if you can't get it to me then, we may work something out.
- I have one form of payment. PAYPAL!! It is HIGHLY HIGHLY preferred, though we can work out another way of payment.
