NOTE: I do not draw Pokemon or Digimon, and most copyrighted characters. Species from wider worlds (such as World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls, Star Wars, etc.) are fair game.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
The commissioner:
* Confirms they are over 18 years of age when commissioning me.
* May upload the finished commission to their gallery or website, as long as it is credited and linked back to me. You do not need to wait for me to upload to do so.
* May not alter or trace the work without my permission.
* May not resell the art or character designs under any circumstance.
* May not commission characters without owner's consent. If you feature another person's original character, I assume you've already gotten permission from them.
* May request the commission be private.
* By default will receive a .png at an appropriate size for web posting. Full resolution is available on request! (except for Custom Characters, in which both sizes are sent).
The artist:
* Will NOT give or sell any collected information of the commissioner (email address, paypal address, personal details) to any third party, or add the information to any sort of mailing list.
* May use the work for self-promotion, unless explicitly told the commission is to remain private.
* Reserves the right to deny any commission request without explanation.
Payment:
* Payment is via paypal only. I use the request money feature.
* Commissions totaling over $120 USD can be paid in halves.
* Payment is due within 48 hours of confirmation. If you need more time, just let me know.
Refunds:
* Are not available once work has started.
Edits and Changes:
* Custom Characters and sketches (Quick Commissions) do not include revisions, unless there is a major mistake on my part.
* Normal commissions (everything else) include revisions at the sketch stage, which includes one major edit, such as a complete reposing. Minor changes can be infinite at this stage.
* Once inked and/or colored, the only changes that will be made are minor details (such as color tones, markings or jewelry). This does not apply to custom characters. Major revisions in the case of my error only.
