A watch isn't mandatory,but I'd appreciate one if you want to do so.

2. Post a reference(s) of the character you're entering. Either visual,or a decent typed one, any NSFW images must be labeled as so, that way I dont' accidentally open them up at work :X.
I will give each person a number and use a random number generator to pick the two winners :)
IF it is traditional media:
if you want it mailed to you, you MUST pay for shipping if you are Out of Country, aka canada or any other country that is lol not the U.S
I will laminate it for you :)
