Updates and moar clonegroaning

⭐️ be rootin, be tootin, and by god be shootin ⭐️
I keep forgetting that there are people out there on this site (and others) that don't like me. sometimes I have to go out on tumblr to remember it and recall why I haven't been posting things there. More clonegroaning is occurring there and, honestly, I don't have time for it.
If people want to take my work that's almost a year old and point out that I was, indeed, inspired by another artist, that's their business. Why this suddenly makes me full of shit, I'll never understand.
So, for the record, here I go with a magical disclaimer for anyone who tries to pull this shit;
I have never said and never will say that I'm not inspired by other work. I do not trace or copy, but I draw inspiration from multiple sources. So does every artist EVER. You cannot copyright poses, colors (BIG ONE) or styles. I'm sorry if you have this impression I was claiming full originality, which is impossible. Yes, I do get inspiration from Onta. I just don't believe I'm a copycat, particularly NOW opposed to a year ago.
If you take my work from WAY in the past and think it's shit, good. I do too. Now, get your nose out of my ass and draw something yourself before you accuse people of being dirtbags.
NOW ON A LESS RANTY NOTE.
The con was a little more dramatic than I thought it would be, in all the reasons I didn't expect. Honestly, it could have gone better, but it could have gone much worse. I've learned a few things for my next con, and at least the panel went swimmingly well!
I actually didn't spend as much as I thought I would and found myself mildly bored much of the time, but that's because I didn't deal or sell anything. I hope for my next con, whichever it is, I'll have some product to actually sell. On the plus side, I got a grumpycat hat, and that makes all the difference. c:
I'm not sure what my next con will be, or what I can even afford with the upcoming move. I do have to save money and keep pretty close to home, but I'll keep an eye out for what I can actually manage in the future.
AND ON ANOTHER ANOTHER NOTE.
I've been tossing around ideas for a project after Kiss the Rain is done. I know, I know, I've got a while before that even happens... I'm dragging my butt on it. But I'd like some input to mull over, anyway. I'm not sure if I'll be trying another comic so soon, or... or... what.
But hey, feedback is useful.
So, to sum everything up in a nutshell. Furries, furries, furries, furries, furries. c: Have a good morning.
BTW Tomorrow our little rat baby comes home. c: I'm going to go today and ask if we can take her a day early, but Soba will be our third in our mischief soon soon soon!

Good job on standing up for yourself. :3 Wish more artists who got bitched at due to this sort of thing did this.
Also, good to hear the Con went well! :D
