So tomorrow's the first day of Spring, so that makes today all the ponies wrap up winter, right? Looking out the window at thirty degree temps and snow speckling the ground, I rally kind of wish we had that kind of thing too....

Truthfully, it was probably the show's big break-out moment--when it went from merely a good cartoon to a great one. Not very many TV cartoons actually dare to be great, and the fact that FIM did, and with a broadway-style musical extravaganz, at that, says a lot about the chutzpa of the show's creative team
