Okay, that was quick. Update time!

Okay, sorry for that outburst of meh earlier but things are better now. Before we move on though, some things need to be made clear so we don't have this problem again.
*ahem*
Now, I realize that I share a good amount of blame in this since our CHARACTERS were mated in the past so I referred to him as a mate... BUT! (and a huge one here!!!) WE (the people, yunno hoooomans) are not and HAVE. NEVER. BEEN.
PLEASE stop referring to us as a couple, it's caused some issues with his real mate (who is an awesome guy and a good friend) and put stress on Rath and I, causing us to scale things way the hell back as we sort it all out.
We are damn good friends, the best of friends. I love the guy; I'm so freaking lucky to have him in my life and couldn't ask for anyone better by my side through whatever I face. SO PLEASE (for our sake) Forget the Rath/Tagg thing for awhile as we sort stuff out and get our priorities together. We aren't gonna stop being friends, there WILL be stuff with our characters together in the future (outstanding commissions excluded, those have already been accounted for). But we're toning down the "together" thing.

Our CHARACTERS WERE together in some sorta canon-story-thing, but we had to tone it down because too many people assumed that we were a couple in real life too.

Yes, I'm single. NO I'M NOT LOOKING!!! I'm not in a good place for a relationship at this point of my life (about to move to New York in the fall for medical school) so if I get anything looking for that I swear ima go T-Rex and eat someone >:V

you definitely have that right. since 30 is considered to be our prime, you should focus on your schooling rather than a relationship We all have time for that later.
Oh, and I don't think I said it before, but good luck with medical school! o/
Granted, it did cause some confusion at first, but even then it's all cleared up NOW, so it shouldn't keep happening. You should efer to him as a 'Moirail' (or 'non-romantic soulmate', for non-Homestuck readers)

I'd say I hope that you won't need to make a journal like this again, however this IS the internet. The average intelligence is based on the lowest IQ divided by the total number of global internet users. Rounded down.
