Small Fur Meet [TX and LA]

I want to plan a small fur meet. [No more than 10 people total] The limit: Because it's on my resort and it has rules. Alright, so ideally it'll be slumber party style nights with summer time days for a weekend. I have a new buddy [Senpai 
KrysalyneKitsune -shout out-] asking around as well. So to the briefing:
1- Resort is located in Flint, TX on Lake Palestine.
2- Resort has swimming pools, a lake, an indoor water park, putt putt golf, arcade, etc..
3- Some things will cost a little money.
4- BYOB [Bring your own Beverage] and BYOE [Bring your own Eats] I'll bring food as well. Also, Tyler has groceries.
5- There is a lake. It has a marina. You can fish. You can rent paddle boats. If there is a large enough group willing to pitch in, we can even rent a party barge for 4 hours.
6- Please, no minors.[Under 18] [Sorry about this, but legal liability sucks.]
7- As for the night arrangements: Condo is a 2 bedroom. 2 bath unit. It has a fold out couch and 2 king beds. Since sleeping arrangements will be weird, I just op that everyone should plan to slumber party [Sleeping bags?]
8- I am not picky about much, just be respectful and don't be disgusting.
9- I want to make this list reach 10... Ah and dates will be announces later when I know who all will come.
10- [Grilling shall be done by me and whoever wants to and fur suits if you wanna.]
