my favorite thing to make is home made spaghetti sauce.

That's something you and I have in common. Every two months or so I will make a giant pot of spaghetti sauce with home made meatballs. Then I portion it into small Tupperware containers and freeze it. Whenever I want a quick dinner I just take one of those out and boil some pasta.
